1. What are acceptable payment methods?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account, credit card, debit card.
2. What items are prohibited from being sold on StogieHub?
Cigars and any tobacco products, paraphernalia not associated with cigars, and any products that do not fall within the cigar accessory categories outlined on the website.
3. What is the age requirement to register and use StogieHub?
As listings require you to enter into our User Agreement, we require all users to be at least 18 years old.
4. Who is permitted to sell items on StogieHub?
StogieHub is an e-commerce platform designed for consumer-to-consumer transactions. As such, stores, storefronts, and online stores will not be permitted to use StogieHub.
5. How does StogieHub protect my personal information?
We collect your personal information when you use our services. Your personal data will be stored by us in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws. We use technical and organizational security measures to minimize risks associated with data loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
6. Will buyers be able to ask sellers questions about listed items?
Yes. Buyers can post questions for sellers to answer regarding a particular item.
7. When are buyers required to pay for a purchased item?
Buyers are required to submit payment for a purchased item within forty-eight (48) hours of purchasing the item.
8. When are sellers required to ship a purchased item?
Sellers must ship the purchased item within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving payment.
9. Will users have a rating?
Yes. As users transact on StogieHub, they will have the opportunity to review each other. These reviews generate a unique user rating that is visible to all other users.
10. What if I have an issue with an item that I purchased?
If you receive an item in a condition inconsistent with the original listing, please raise a support ticket. The StogieHub operations team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
11. What should I do if a user doesn’t accurately list an item, fails to pay, or abuses the feedback tool?
Each user is bound by our User Agreement. Violations of the Terms of Service will be reviewed and resolved promptly. Consistent abuse will result in removal from the platform.
