What are acceptable payment methods?

What items are prohibited from being sold on StogieHub?

Cigars and any tobacco products, paraphernalia not associated with cigars and any products that do not fall within the cigar accessory categories outlined on the website.

What is the age requirement to register and use StogieHub?

As listings require you to enter into our User Agreement, we require all users to be at least 18 years old.

Who is permitted to sell items on StogieHub?

StogieHub is an e-commerce platform designed for consumer-to-consumer transactions. As such, stores, storefronts and online stores will not be permitted to use StogieHub.

How does StogieHub protect my personal information?

We collect your personal information when you use our services. Your personal data will be stored by us in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws to the extent necessary for processing purposes. We will protect your personal data through technical and organizational security measures and tools to minimize risks associated with data loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Will buyers be able to ask sellers questions about listed items?

Yes, should a potential buyer have a question about a particular item, the service will allow buyers to post questions for sellers to answer regarding a particular item.

When are buyers required to pay for a purchased item?

Buyers are required to submit payment for a purchased item within forty-eight (48) hours of purchasing the item.

When are sellers required to ship a purchased item to the seller?

Sellers are required to ship a purchased item to the seller within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving payment for the item.

Will users have a rating?

Yes, as users transact on StogieHub, they will have an opportunity to review each other. These reviews will result in each user having a unique user rating. Each user’s rating will be visible to all other users and can be used as a basis to determine whether or not you would like to transact with a particular user.

What if I have an issue with an item that I purchased?

If you receive an item that is in a condition inconsistent with the original item posting, please raise a ticket and the StogieHub operations team will work to resolve the issue expeditiously.

What should I do if a user doesn’t accurately list an item, doesn’t pay for an item within the required timeframe, or abuses the feedback tool?

Each person that creates a user profile on StogieHub is bound by our User Agreement. Behavior that contradicts the user requirements outlined in our User Agreement will be reviewed and resolved quickly. Consistent abusers of our terms will be removed from the service.
